Mission Statement
To encourage and inspire junior and high school students who wish to further their
education in the field of voice acting and performing arts by the way of professional
training and high-end studio recording.
Implementation Short Term Plans Medium and Long Term Plans
Introduce students to the world of voice acting
by educating them through a series of classes
and workshops mentored by industry
professionals and voice teachers.
Record their projects in a professional recording studio
and post them on the flagship radio station’s website for public voting.  
The winners will earn a live radio interview,
airing of their piece and mention in local media.  
Following a successful pilot program conducted with the
assistance of La Mesa Jr. High (loc: Santa Clarita, CA,
pop: 1,200),  the website posting of the finals drew over
4700 votes and over 10,000 hits.
As a result, KHTS 1220-AM and Voice Over There Inc. and
Voicebank.net,  have collaborated to expand the program in the 2010-2011 school year to 3 schools in the Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valley areas. Participating schools are: Albert Einstein Academy, La Mesa Junior High School and Patrick Henry Middle School.  
To expand the program to state and national levels.
